Terms of payment:

  • Deposit on signing the lease: 30 % of the rent
  • 1 month before your arrival: balance of rent or, on the day of your arrival, payment in CASH ONLY
  • Security deposit: cheque for €800, which will be returned to you on departure (except in the event of damage).
  • Optional: end-of-stay cleaning €70
  • Tourist tax payable on site: €1.10/day/adult
  • Payment methods: cheques, cash, bank transfer
