Terms of payment:
Deposit on signing the lease: 30 % of the rent
1 month before your arrival: balance of rent or, on the day of your arrival, payment in CASH ONLY
Security deposit: cheque for €500, which will be returned to you on departure (except in the event of damage).

Tourist tax payable on site: €1.10/day/adult
